By using Simsiz you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

Simsiz provides digital eSIM plans for mobile data connectivity. Plans are delivered digitally via QR code. We do not provide voice calls or SMS services.

2. Account

You must create an account to purchase plans. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe. Account balance is non-transferable. Unused balance may be refunded subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Plans and activation

Data plans begin when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination country. Plan duration and data limits are as stated at time of purchase. Unused data does not roll over unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Simsiz plans for illegal activities, resale, tethering beyond personal use, or activities that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Simsiz is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party network providers, force majeure events, or factors outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
