We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before buying.
Eligible refunds
- If your eSIM QR code has not been scanned or activated, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If your eSIM failed to activate due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement plan.
- Account balance top-ups are refundable if no plans have been purchased against the balance.
Non-refundable situations
- Plans that have been activated (QR code scanned).
- Partially used plans.
- Plans purchased for an incompatible or carrier-locked device.
- Failure to use a plan before it expires.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order ID and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
