Subscription Policy

Simsiz currently operates on a pay-as-you-go model. This policy describes how balance top-ups and plan purchases work.

Account balance

You can top up your account balance at any time using a credit or debit card via Stripe. Your balance is stored in your account and deducted when you purchase a plan.

No automatic renewals

Simsiz does not automatically charge you or renew plans. Every purchase is a one-time transaction initiated by you. You will never be charged without your explicit action.

Plan expiry

Each plan has a validity period stated at time of purchase. Once the validity period ends, unused data is forfeited and cannot be rolled over or refunded unless covered by our Refund Policy.

Pro membership (upcoming)

When Simsiz Pro launches, it will operate as a monthly subscription with a clear opt-in and cancellation process. You will be notified of all charges before they occur.
